Meet Our Founder & CEO – Pauline Thompson
Pauline Thompson is the Founder, President, and CEO of Tysons Realty Inc., a premier commercial real estate firm headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia since 1975. With over 40 years of leadership, Ms. Thompson is widely recognized as a visionary in the industry, having successfully represented U.S. government agencies, multinational corporations, and private investors across all sectors of commercial real estate.
Under her direction, Tysons Realty has grown into a respected advisory firm specializing in office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and investment properties, offering a full range of services including brokerage, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, market research, asset management, and corporate relocation.
Pauline is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a Certified Probate Property Specialist, as well as an esteemed educator, having taught real estate finance, sales, contract law, negotiation, and commercial real estate for institutions such as George Mason University, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), and Arlington County Adult Education.
